Putty Error: There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive X

This is a very annoying error message from Putty but mostly it goes off after a reboot.

    I'm seeing the same message (in Japanese), too.
    It seems that message appears after installing something from the drive X (CD/DVD)
    WinSCP has been had the same problem, but in the current version 5.5.1, no such message shows.
    I suspect that this is a bug of Windows system dll or such.
